We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Yes, we use only high-quality products including OTC supplements. we make sure the active ingredients are effective and inactive ingredients are not harmful for you. Example: some inactive ingredients in many supplements may contain Gluten which may have negative effect on your gut health.

We do accept some insurance at our location for a variety of services. However, it depends on your individual insurance policy, We do not know until after we submit the claim to insurance.  The patients are responsible for paying the difference or the services that are not covered. Please discuss with staff or providers to have preauthorization completed.

Insurance will not cover your visit or medication for longevity treatments.  Depending on your insurance policy, it may cover your Hormonal Replacement  Therapy(HRT) if HRT is determined to be medically necessary. Bioidentical Hormonal Replacement Therapy is not covered by insurance.

We encourage our patients and clients to buy the best supplements and skin care products. We cannot control the quality of products on the market. We offer our medical grade supplements and skin care products with a discounted price for your convenience and best results. Some products on our site require a prescription to purchase.

While we do provide Triage phone numbers for clients or outpatients to reach us, we encourage you to use it only if it is really necessary. All the medication refill requests and non-urgent questions should be communicated through the Patient Portal. Non-urgent medical problems can be taken care of in urgent cares or during our office hours. Any emergency please call 911. We are diligently working to extend our office hours. 

Conventional treatments are strong evidence-based effective treatments especially for patients with multiple medical conditions or severe illness. We do encourage our patients to explore and work with our functional medicine experts to focus on underlying problems to achieve a better health state. Insurance does not usually cover your functional medicine treatment but some of the treatments may be covered.

Each provider has different credentials and accepts different insurance. Please contact our front desk for updated information. We do offer discounts when you pay cash on the day of your visit.
